On a mission to inspire the next generation of female tech leaders, Coding Training Academy, in collaboration with “Eqrem Çabej” Gymnasium in Vushtrri, organized an unforgettable lecture featuring Kanita Shala, an alumna of the prestigious TechGirls program, funded by the U.S. Department of State 🇺🇸🌍.
👩💻 During this event, Kanita shared her incredible journey participating in TechGirls USA, a fully funded program that empowers high school girls (ages 15–18) from around the world to pursue education and careers in STEM — Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
She spoke candidly about:
- Her life-changing experiences in the United States
- The leadership and technical training she received
- Cultural exchange activities and friendships made
- How the program boosted her confidence to pursue tech dreams
🙋♀️ The students — especially the girls in attendance — had the opportunity to ask questions, gain valuable advice, and see a real-life example of what’s possible when ambition meets opportunity.
The atmosphere was motivating, energetic, and full of possibility — exactly the kind of experience that Coding Training Academy seeks to bring to students across Kosovo.
